Hey I'm hear and having a wonderful time. I have a lot to share with you all when I get home and have comfort knowing that you are praying for me. I really appriciate it and can feel the results. I am loosing weight and walking 3 miles several times a week with Penny and other ladies in the area. Ralph says that I am having a hard time beating the women off of me in exercise class! Instead of Beans and potatoes I am eating avacado and mayonaise. Some kind of guackamoli or something. I like it! I look forward to seeing you all soon. Love you all, Bill
