Date and Time Posted: Saturday July 31, 2010 - 9:31:16 am Caleb & team, It has been a wonderful blessing to read what all has conspired in Belize this week. We serve a mighty awesome God who is full of love and mercy. I know as you, sadly, leave Belize today that you will take a part of Belize and her people home with you in your hearts. I know that, without a doubt, that each of you has had a life changing experience. God is good. Continue to serve Him and spread his precious word and love. May God richly bless you in your life and service to Him. Today, I pray for safe travels for all of you. Remember our Medical Mission team, which will be in Belize, Lord willing, March 2011. Date and Time Posted: Friday July 30, 2010 - 12:55:01 am Caleb, WOW! What a wonderful thing God is doing in Belize. Praise His Holy Name! It is wonderful knowing that so many have come out to hear about God. But, most of all, Praise be to the Father for those who have come to truly know and accept Him this week. You're not just touching one child, but many. And, with touching these children, you have planted seeds, these seeds will grow and be spread unto others in their lives. You have touched the lives of their whole family. We are continuing to pray for you and each of your team members. May God continue to work while you are there and even when you have left. May His word be spread & His love be felt. Thank you all for devoting your time to His service.
Your mom and dad wanted me to tell you they are in Claudeville and will be there until they meet you in Charlotte. They, as I, are really excited about all that has been happening. We can't wait to see you and hear all about this mission. And, I know, you have enjoyed Yvette's cooking. Would love to have some of it here. :D mmmm mmmm good!
Love ya, Ne'

I gave them the package and they said to tell grandpa hello and to thank you. I talked with them after we dismissed today for several minutes. I asked Dorisa if she would go back to school if I found her a sponsor and she said yes. In just a few minutes a young lady from our group said she would sponsor her. They will meet tomorrow and chat and do some follow up. I told them I wanted them to go with us Friday and it tickled them so much.

Date and Time Posted: Saturday July 24, 2010 - 10:37:24 pm "For God So Loved the World that He Gave His Only Begotton Son, that Whosoever Believeth in Him Will Not Perish, but Have Everylasting Life!" Those precious words comprise the message that the VBA Bible Camp Mission Team is bringing to those in Belize that have never accepted Jesus as their Savior...that there is hope, that there can be joy, and that there the people of Belize are loved by a wondourous and awseome God!
What a blessed and glorious day that the Belize Bible Camp team has had in Belize!! Though weary from a night of little sleep, the team met at the Tri Cities airport, and left early Saturday morning in anxiious expectation that God will give us opportunities to serve and glorify Him. For many on this team it is the first time in Belize, and as echoed by the testaments tonights, God has already blessed our efforts and touched our hearts. The flight from Tri Cities to Charlotte, and then to Belze City, were uneventful. After our arrival, and a minor customs problem,we were on our way to Cheers for a great lunch. Upon arrival at the camp, the team distributed suitcases, and then we went to Blue Thumb Mission to assess the compound and make plans for the Bible School. Though we identified many issues, the team has met and developed a game plan, knowing well the cardinal rule as His servants on such a mission - be flexible, be flexible, be flexible!
After dinner and a short team meeting, Brother Travis Pierson concluded the Team's meeting with devotion. The main point of his devotion was that Jesus gave His all for us, and how could we do less as His servants on this mission. Only God knows the hearts of His servants in Belize, but as His servants, we know that God has commended His love to us, and that He will bless our endeavors if we only put our trust in Him. As we look forward to a night of blissful rest, we ask that you pray for us that God's name is lifted up to the lost and dying in Roaring Creek! Posted By:Jerry McMurray
Date and Time Posted: Saturday July 24, 2010 - 7:22:09 pm Caleb, Hope you guys had a good flight down. Praying for you guys this week. Seek and be a blessing. Love to you all who are working for the Lord this week. It's really hot here in VA, 105 degrees here today. And, the weather channel showed it to be only 90 degrees in Belize. Wow, what happened with that...lol...Can't wait to read the postings and see the pics. God is there. Join Him and spread His merciful love. Posted By:Renee Easter
